The spirits in our 2020 Creation Catalogue also push the boundaries. To start, Arhumatic once again reinvents the world of rum punches with an exclusive creation produced from an artisanal clairin. Moving into more traditional lands, legendary producer Christian Drouin is also on the menu with a superb 1980 calvados. As is mixology, with the work of three talented barmen who have designed cocktails especially for our Creation Catalogue, Maxime Potfer, Beverage Manager for the Experimental Group, Simon Chollet, from Symbiose, Bordeaux, and Emanuele Balestra, from Majestic Cannes. And, of course, Angelo Canessa, expert mixologist for Velier, who has created a signature cocktail from a new release baptized Rum Fire, which now arrives in Europe after conquering the American market.
